KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

GCC in its quest to enforce the Competition Act 2007 attaches great importance to capacity. The GCC has continuously echoed the fact that competition law/policy is a new field with very limited experts in the sub-region and this poses a challenge to effective competition law enforcement. The GCC as part of implementing its three year strategic plan do expose staff to international trainings, seminars, internships etc to learn international best practice of competition law enforcement and other trade related issues. In this section, we attached ‘‘back to office report’’ of trainings/seminars attended by staff of GCC.
